We’re Carers Ourselves

We were founded by and are still run by experienced live-in carers, so we understand from personal experience what it’s like and what you need. We’ll be there to listen to you and offer advice when things get difficult and to provide our decades-long expertise to help resolve any problems. (this photo is of our founders, Ollie and Nick)

Choice

You’ll have the freedom to choose when and where you work. Most care agencies will send you to whichever client they need you to go to. With us you’ll be able to chat to clients before a placement and see if you are a good fit.  (This photo was taken from the bedroom window of one of us while caring)

A good carer is…

patient, compassionate, a good listener and someone who adapts easily to new situations. You will have a caring nature and enjoy cooking. You’ll be able to monitor your client’s state of health and give medication when necessary. A positive outlook and a sense of humour are real benefits too.
