You’ll have the freedom to choose when and where you work. Most care agencies will send you to whichever client they need you to go to. Easy
Our process is quick and easy. You can complete the full recruitment process and find work online. We’ll interview you, check references and cover background checks. We offer free training and once this is complete you can build your profile and find work. (We looked after someone in this house)
A caring community
Caring can be isolating and you are often away from friends and family for weeks at a time. We’ll be there to support you throughout your placement and will put you in touch with a community of other carers. (You could arrange a meeting in a remote place like these guys)
A good carer is…
patient, compassionate, a good listener and someone who adapts easily to new situations. You will have a caring nature and enjoy cooking. You’ll be able to monitor your client’s state of health and give medication when necessary. A positive outlook and a sense of humour are real benefits too.
